In the latest installment of X-Force, crafted by Geoffrey Thorne, Marcus To, Erick Arciniega, and Joe Caramagna, Forge has found a groundbreaking way to amplify his powers, effectively transforming himself into an Omega-level mutant.

Unfortunately, this vagueness led to tragic outcomes in X-Force #5 when young mutant Surge sacrificed herself to eliminate Nuklo.
