ScreenRant: What were you most excited to explore in XO, Kitty season 2?

Sang Heon Lee: We were thrilled to have a new season and to work with a great cast and crew. Reuniting with familiar faces, including the directors and crew from season 1, was definitely a highlight for us.

Minyeong Choi: Plus, we welcomed new cast members, adding to our excitement.

ScreenRant: Is there a scene that you were most excited to film?

Sang Heon Lee: I was particularly excited when I learned we would be filming at Gwangjang Market. It’s a place I’m very familiar with, and I looked forward to capturing its essence on-screen.

Minyeong Choi: I felt the same way! Additionally, there was a standout scene shot in a palace, which added an exhilarating layer to the experience.

Sang Heon Lee: We all bring a part of ourselves into our roles. For me, I integrate aspects of my personality into Min Ho while enhancing his character attributes. However, some cast members, like Gia and Yuri, differ significantly from their characters.

Minyeong Choi: I agree! Every actor connects with their character on a deeper level, reflecting shared values and thoughts, even if their day-to-day lives vary.
