On January 5, 2024, DSP Media shared an official statement via YOUNG POSSE’s official X (formerly Twitter) account. The agency initially addressed Jieun’s participation in the anticipated filming of the After School Club, scheduled for January 7.

Regrettably, the statement confirmed that Jieun will be unable to attend the recording of the show due to her accident-related injuries. However, DSP Media reassured fans that she is making good progress and is “almost fully recovered,”anticipating a return to her scheduled activities shortly.
