Fan Reveals aespa Member’s REAL Personalities After Meeting Them
A fan has taken to social media after internet users accused the group of bullying an actor on the set of their music video. The accusations arose after an influencer shared her friend’s story of being bullied by a K-pop actor.
The fan, who goes by the user name @frutolupis on X (formerly Twitter), revealed the girl’s true personality, defending the idols from the accusations. Throughout the article, they will be called MY (aespa’s fandom name).

Idol Accused of ‘Buying’ Her Following
The MY revealed they met aespa during the 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, where they were working as a personal assistant. During the event, the MY was freezing due to the cold and had forgotten to wear gloves. Seeing this, Ningning offered her a heat pack.
Though the MY insisted she was okay, Ningning was constantly asking if they were sure.
At one point in the event, something happened that caused the parade to stay still. While waiting for the staff to discover what was happening, Karina did a “cute little run”towards the MY and pressed a hot pack against her face. The interaction lasted around 30 seconds and only ended when her managers called for her.
She asked if the MY felt warmer, and they stated she was and thanked Karina.

During the event, the MY claimed they had bright blue hair that they hated at the time. However, when Winter first saw them, they complimented the MY and said their hair was pretty.
The MY was also able to have a conversation with Giselle. The “Drama”singer asked if she was a student, and the MY spoke to the idol about what she was studying and what she wanted to do in the future.
Hearing this, Giselle expressed her hope that they would meet again on set soon.
On top of these standout experiences, the MY revealed that the aespa members never failed to thank the staff members and were overall “the sweetest women ever.”
